About Us

Woodway Wellness is located in downtown Edmonds, WA. An expansion to sister studio, Bodyworks Pilates of Edmonds. Woodway Wellness offers small group Stott Pilates reformer classes. In addition to private and duet sessions, functional fitness, full-body massage, and eventually Occupational Therapy services. Woodway Wellness has the vision to provide health and wellness to Edmonds and the surrounding communities. We are proud partners with Bodyworks Pilates and Bodyworks Edmonds. Bodyworks Edmonds offers Mat Pilates, Barre, Belly Dancing, and more.
